For paid plans, while you will need to make a payment initially, if you find the plan unsuitable, you have the freedom to cancel it within 30 days, and we will promptly issue a refund. No refunds are allowed after 30 days of purchase.
Yes, we provide one-time free migration in annual plans for your old but supported version of Moodle including upgrade to the current Moodle version. In Essentials plan, please verify that the plugins that you intend to use are available in the pre-configured list of plugins available here.
No, you can only use the pre-installed plugins already available in your installation in Essentials Plan. Plugins in the Essentials Plan is a superset of the plugins available on MoodleCloud.

Sure. However, no refund is allowed for the downgrades.
You will be reminded to upgrade your plan when you reach 90% of any of your usage limits. You may not be able to create new users and unable to upload new files when you've exhausted any of the limits.
